Shipping Policy

Ordering:

Orders may be placed by phone, e-mail or our web site. All orders must have complete shipping address, phone and e-mail address.

 

Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For COD shipments or to pay with Cashiers Check/Money Order, please call for shipping and handling charges.

 

Shipping Terms:

We use "flat rate basic shipping rates" and all orders with be shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx within 5 days of placing the order. All losses or damages are to be reported immediately to the carrier by the customer upon delivery. Shortages or incorrect items received must be reported to Patrick Custom Carbon within 3 days of receipt.

 

Warranty:

Patrick Custom Carbon, Inc. makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility or liability for products. Purchaser assumes all liability for any products purchased. Items manufactured by companies other than Patrick Custom Carbon, Inc may carry their own warranty.

 

Returns:

You may return new, unused parts within 30 days of purchase for exchange or in-store credit only. Contact us for authorization and return goods authorization (RGA) number prior to returning anything. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee at our discretion. All returns must include original packing and original invoice. If the item(s) have been installed, used or any parts are missing, the item is NOT RETURNABLE and CREDIT OR EXCHANGE will be given. No returns for custom made parts will be accepted at all.

 

Pricing:

All prices listed are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice due to increases in material costs, productions costs and special tooling needed. Indiana residents will be charged sales tax on orders, currently it is 7%.
